Josh's LSA CV8 Monaro

Josh came to us wanting to fit 325x50r15 tyres under his LSA CV8 Monaro

We Started by Mini tubbing the CV8 with radius edge tubs, sheeting in fuel filler section, sheeting in the boot floor & also raising the tailshaft tunnel

We then fabricated a tube fuel cell mount between the chassis rails, fitted the fuel cell & plumbed up some twin Raceworks 044 fuel pumps into the existing fuel lines.

We then fitted a McDonald Brothers 4link race series clip, while josh supplied some Viking coil overs & also a Competition Engineering Sheetmetal diff housing from another build

The housing was then built with custom bracketry and also braced. Josh wanted a bullet proof diff so we opted for a 35 spline center which included 3.70 ratio gears, true track, twin web case & a 1350 yoke. We also supplied and fitted Moser 35 Spline Billet Axles, with a GJ Drivelines PRO Series tailshaft

We re-conditioned some VS Commodore Rear brakes with new pads & discs.

A Chrome Moly adjustable panhard bar was also fabricated and fitted to keep the rear end stable & also re made the exhaust with 3" mandrel bends to suit the new chassis clip
